CSR INITIATIVES

We, at Facor Power, believe that we have a responsibility towards our community and the company has extended its support to the periphery villages in many developmental works.

Building a Science block at the Rameshwar Mahavidyalaya is one of the several CSR activities undertaken by Facor Power, situated in Randia, Bhadrak.

The DP Saraf science Block has been named after our founder Late Shree Durga Prasadji Saraf. Every year about 250 students benefit from the science building for their higher education.

Apart from the above the company has undertaken the following activities:

  • Renovation & maintenance of the town hall, Bhadrak.
  • Construction of activities in local schools.
  • Construction of bore wells in and around the periphery villages.
  • Maintenance of village roads.
  • Electrification & plantation at colleges, schools and temples.

    Who We Are

    Facor Power, operates a 100MW coal based thermal Captive Power Plant,Located at Randia,Odisha.The Plant is situated on over 120 acres of land adjacent to the FACOR Group’s Charge Chrome Plant and is approximately 4 kilometres from the Odisha PGCIL’s grid sub-station. The Plant has a 3 by 2 configuration, 3 Boilers and 2 Turbine Generators.
